ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

for 'High Level' Athlete Performance Training in the
Murrieta / Temecula Valley, you have found the right
place. I work with athletes from ages 11 on
up through Adult and have many options to train either
privately or in small groups.
Many High School Athletes these days
are deciding very early on in High School what sport it is they like and are good at and want to play in college. Many even know what college they would like to go to because of the Athletic Program they have. Athletes
are playing their High School season and then going right into playing for their
Club or Travel teams. In many ways this is great because they are becoming
highly skilled in a specific sport and many of them are getting picked
up quickly by colleges for scholarships. The price many of these kids pay
though is the lack of cross training and being athletic. Sounds funny right; being an amazing sport specific athlete but not being athletic! It's true! The skills are there but not the body to back up the skills. Being Athletic helps
you improve in your sport of choice, you are less likely to be injured, when
everyone else is pooping out, you're still rocking, and most of all, you will stand
out like a sore thumb amongst your peers. That's what you want!! To be the best you need to be applying the best training methods around. That is what I oofer all my athletes. I continue learning so I am always on the forefront of new and better ways of making my athletes the BEST the can be!
