Gordon Kent, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Owner of Fit Life 1, focuses his expertise helping athletes achieve a high level of athleticism so they can achieve optimum results on the playing field.  He is and has been the Strength and Conditioning Coach for many athletes who have signed on with excellent Division I, II, III and NAIA Colleges as well as worked with Club Level Teams focused on helping their athletes get noticed by colleges nationwide.
