FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Can I bring a friend to class?

Yes!!  Thank you!!  That is how we grow.  We do not market any other way.

What do I need to bring to your Outdoor Fitness class?

All you need to bring is a jump rope which I can sell to you for super cheap since we get them in bulk.  You can also find one at any sporting goods store.  You will also need a basic mat.  Yoga mats work great or if you want something a little more padded, you can find those at a place like Sport Chalet too.  Aside from  those two things all you need is a towel and plenty of water.  I also highly recommend purchasing a foam/pipe roller for keeping your muscles in good working order.  You will want to use it before class, after class and other times throughout the day when you feel you could use it.  This muscle management tool is just as important as any workout!!  How can you workout if you feel injured?
